Drs. Djoko Utomo, directeur-generaal van de Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia, neemt afscheid van de Arsip Nasional Republik. Het Nationaal Archief en het Instituut voor Geschiedenis in Leiden organiseren op 1 september een afscheidssymposium ter ere van het werk van Utomo: "The taste of the colonial archive. The importance of the archival collection in the Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia in Jakarta".
