Organisation

The Netherlands Institute for Heritage - in Dutch, Erfgoed Nederland - was founded on 1 January 2007. It is the result of a merger between four existing organisations in the heritage sector.

The Netherlands Institute for Heritage is a foundation and is mainly funded directly by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.
